fabulous

I am regretting the idea of including the hat dance in my P1 lessons. Not because it was a bad idea, but because I have to demomstrate it which means i get too hot. yeaurch. The students love the idea of waering a selection of mine and Izzie's hats. I must get a photo in P1C tomorrow.
They decided yesterday that they wanted to take some pictures of the foreign teachers with the best students from each class. Yesterday, when it was hot and sticky, and raining and we were all dressed in the nearest item of clothing, with unbrushed, frizzy hair and yes, all 3 of us looked awful. If one of those pictures ends up on the billboard outside the school it will be tragic. We suspect that at least one of the photos they take of us will end up there.
I'm as beautiful as a princess don't you know! that's what a student told me as I was on my way out to the shop last night. He also asked if we could play some games in my lesson today (starting in 7 minutes) naturally I agreed as there were a few already in my lesson plan. However, not too long ago their other english teacher asked me if I would co-operate with her discipline scheme this week (they are an extremely naughty class) and well I don't need my lesson plan because I will be watching them sit up straight in complete silence for 40 minutes.
I had quite a hassle applying for my cambodian visa - I decided to go for an E-visa but the photo proved to be a problem. I ended up sitting on the floor so that I had a plain background and getting Izzie to take some headshots. We hardly took it seriously and there were a number of mugshots and one where I have a slightly deranged expression on my face.
having introduced the game "what time is it mr. Wolf" it has taken the school by storm. They love it and charged at isobel when at lunchtime, she made the mistake of askingthe time. Could have been fatal with all those children trying to eat her!
Snow white's first rehersal was interesting. Prince Charming ended up in tears because he had to say "I love you" and I had to attempt to convince one buy that the rest of the dwarves didn;t hate him and want to kill him when in fact, they quite probably do. They do not like him. It couldn;t be more fun!!
Anyway the bell just went so I better go to that lesson of mine.
